Inhaling their arms up towards the sky, participants challenge their balance with a lunge during a 70 minute yoga class held on North Chickamauga Creek taught by Zuddhi Yoga instructor Maggie White (not pictured). White said paddle-board yoga had a very non-competitive feel to it stating, "When people fell out of their poses it was fun rather than the feeling of defeat and everyone was sharing in that fun. Everyone was wobbling, everyone was splashing together."
